Experience
Michalis Kyriakides is the head of the Corporate Department of Harris Kyriakides. He has over a decade of experience in representing international companies, private equity funds, banks, and other institutional clients in acquisitions, equity investments, corporate restructuring and large asset finance transactions in Cyprus and Central Europe. He regularly represents local and international clients before Cyprus Courts and national authorities and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Cyprus in many high profile cases. He also serves as outside counsel for certain clients and their board of directors.
